The lawyer Virginia E. Montani Tesei, is the founding member of the law office, member of the Scientific Committee of "BusinessJus" association in the art law department.

She divided her university career between Italy and Spain by writing a bilingual thesis on Comparative Private Law.

Her training then continued through a post-graduate master's degree in protection, organization and management of artistic heritage achieved in 2012 at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and with a participation in numerous advanced training courses on art law at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Studi e Perfezionamento (Pisa 2012 - 2014). She than obtained a master in law and taxation of international art markets in 2017.

After collaborating in national firm boutiques both in Rome and Milan, in 2017 she collaborated with an important international firm, as a specialist in art law.
